That is exactly where most clients start. The first phase of the work is designed to create clarity - you do not need to arrive with answers. You just need to arrive honest.
Coaching is not therapy. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in crisis, therapy is the right starting point. Coaching is for people who are functioning but stuck and ready to move.
Progress in mindset work is rarely linear. We check in regularly to make sure the approach fits. If something is not working, we adjust. This is a collaborative process, not a fixed script.
